We know that immigration enforcement activity is happening in parts of Oregon and across the country. Here in Eugene School District 4J, our schools remain calm, caring, and focused on students and learning.

4J does not enforce federal immigration laws and will not share personal or family information with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) without a judge’s signed court order. Our staff follow clear district protocols designed to keep our schools safe, lawful, and compassionate.
