CURRICULUM NIGHT- Save the Date for Camas Curriculum Night
Thursday September 25th, 2025 from 5:00PM - 6:30PM
We will have pizza in the cafeteria starting at 5:00PM, so come in and enjoy a slice or two before we begin our night. We will also have information about our Camas Ridge Community Organization (our parent group) volunteer opportunities, SMART Readers and our School-wide Title 1 services for parents in the cafeteria. Please note our format is different from last year's.
We will need parents to sign our school-wide compact for Title Services in their homeroom classes as we are a Title School.
Teachers will provide homeroom, grade-level curriculum presentations in their classrooms at the below designated times and our specials teachers (gym, music, library) will do the same during their below level times.
Here is our Agenda:
09/25/2025 5:00PM - 6:30PM
5:00PM - 5:30PM (soft opening) in the cafeteria with CRCO/Volunteer sign up, SMART Readers and Title 1 School-wide information and pizza/salad for parents
5:30PM - 6:00PM K-2 curriculum in homerooms,
6:05PM - 6:35PM 3-5 curriculum in homerooms
5:30PM - 6:30PM Specials in their classrooms ( 2 - 30 minute sessions)
We will end the last session promptly at 6:35PM.
A quick reminder from the front office:

From the Library
Dear Camas Families,
I’d like to share the American Library Association’s
Library Bill of Rights, which outlines the core values that guide school and public libraries. This document affirms that all students and families should have equal access to information, that collections should represent diverse perspectives, and that libraries stand against censorship while protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every reader. These principles ensure that our library remains a welcoming, inclusive space where children can safely explore ideas, grow as readers, and develop critical thinking skills. I truly enjoy having your students in the library and look forward to a wonderful year of learning and discovery. You can read the full statement here:
