Attendance line

Hi Camas Ridge Families,
I hope everyone is enjoying this cool cloudy day.  I am sending out this message in an effort to reduce call volume in the front office.

We are reminding/asking that Parents/Guardians use the attendance line and not the front office number for the following common phone calls
Please utilize the attendance line for:
Attendance- in the event your child is going to be out for any reason (even on the day of absence)
Early pick ups- Leave a message on the attendance line
Plans have changed for your child's pick from school- Leave a message on the attendance line by 12:30pm

Fabi WILL get the messages during the day and frequently checks messages on the attendance line. If you call for attendance on the main line we will now start requesting you to call the attendance line, as there’s no need for verbal confirmations - trust that we will get the message and appropriate actions will take place.

Fielding phone calls for attendance and pick up concerns  takes a lot of time,  so we want to thank you in advance for adhering to this ask and for supporting the front office by utilizing the attendance line.
