It is Spring and our 4j School District would like to hear from parents. Please take a few minutes to complete the Parent and Family Engagement  Survey. Your feedback will be used to inform efforts to continually improve our district, our schools, and our partnership with parents to help students succeed.

If you have more than one student attending school in Eugene School District 4J and have had a different experience for different students, please fill out a separate survey for each student. That provides the schools with information specific to each student’s individual educational experience.
