From Ms. Shofner:
As some of you may have heard, one of our second grade students, Robert Simpson, has been diagnosed with leukemia. While this is sad and serious news, you will be encouraged to know that this is a very treatable illness. Robert’s physicians are confident that he will make a full recovery. He is currently receiving excellent care at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. His family is hopeful that he will be able to return to school after treatment.

A Go Fund Me account has been set up to support the Simpson Family. This site will allow you to donate and leave an encouraging message to help this family as they face this challenging time. Thank you in advance for the support.
